Awards

Here are some highlights of student awards received:

• Several winners, consistently taking top honors, in the Pennridge Piano Competition for 8 consecutive years.

• Keystone Competition sponsored by Calvary Baptist Church (Lansdale, PA):

  • 1st place in Classical Solo and Piano Duet for Jr. & Sr. High, 3 consecutive years 

  • winners in the State for Piano Duet

  • top 4 in the country for Piano Solo

• Yocum Piano Competition: 3 years consecutive 1st place winners, plus 2nd and 3rd place winners

• Students received Top Talent Awards while presenting at National Program (with 10 memorized pieces) over the past 30 years

• Student winning the 100th Anniversary Competition of the Pennsylvania Federation of Music Clubs in the Moderately Difficult II Division, becoming the Winner of Eastern Pennsylvania

• A 10 year-old, elementary student winning a scholarship at Community Music School in Allentown, PA after 4 1/2 months of study
